Six Gun Tim IPA

Our Flagship IPA turned out the same each time except for this time. A tiny fluke made this batch maltier and with a crisper mouthfeel, but still citrusy and piney. We almost dumped the batch out of irritation with the inconsistency, but we first gave a sample to our good friend Tim, who liked it. "It's nice," he said. Then he got serious: "Do NOT dump it." He went on, saying "f@*k, call it 'Six Gun Tim IPA' and sell it in the taphouse." It was an idea we couldn't ignore, so here we are.
