Une fois red ale, une fois red ipa (sur la can)...avec un ajout de café à la clef. La couleur n'y est pas, mais niveau arôme ça tire vers un porter, plus dry que hoppy. Gros kick café en première bouche, ensuite biscuit, légèrement torréfié. Au top 👍

Frédéric Pire: Et même des petites notes de cerises noires en arrière. Ce n est pas un IPA, et si c'est vraiment une red ale, ça le réconcilie avec le style 😁
