11°C Terribly good still. Lots of ginger is still here in aroma but a lot more subdued and gentle in flavour. Vanilla? That's totally gone, yeah. But the sherry barrel makes up for it, persistent as ever. Could've used a slightly more viscous body 😉

Been aging for about a year and a half, smooth as silk, taste of alcohol is non existent! Taste of ginger appears after warming slightly

10.5°C Reads incredibly simple but tastes so wildly complex. Sharp ginger, with the complexity from sherry and smoothened out by the vanilla. The combo is unlike anything I've had before and a winning ticket for sure. Great job!

Getting the lovely subtle ginger flavours at the start with the vanilla coming in after. Nice and balanced and the abv does not show at all. Got a great almost Sherry like sweetness towards the end and is slightly warming but in a balanced subtle way.

Love it!! Very dangerously sessionable, one certainly isn't enough. At this abv that could be fun! Vanilla on the nose and to taste at the start but then a nice ginger flavour without an overpowering heat. Excellent work!
