This version of the Feb 2021 Outcross features Hopsteiner exper hop 17704. Breeder's notes for this hop are "mango, lemon, punchy bitterness". Can definitely taste mango & slightly tart lemon, not as much bitter as I would have liked, but good blend!🍻
