Single Batch: Extra Pale Ale

We all get those little extras in life that satisfy an impulse – So why not for our beer….
Little Creatures has been brewing Pale Ale since we first opened the doors to our Fremantle Brewery in November 2000. Our recipe hasn’t changed, but we wanted to brew a Pale Ale with extra… everything.

So we’ve taken the components of an American Pale Ale and cranked it up! With liberal additions of Cascade, Willamette and Chinook, as well as a dose of dry hops, this is a tasty treat indeed. As it hits your tastebuds; citrus, grapefruit and pine hoppy goodness fills your mouth. In the words of our Head Brewer, “Extra flavour. Extra yum.”

JUST A LITTLE EXTRA

An amplified version of our Pale Ale, everything you would expect but with more, which = extra. XII – Extra flavour. Extra yum. At 6.5% ABV, 55 IBUs and with liberal additions of Cascade, Willamette and Chinook – including a dry hop dose – this is a tasty treat indeed.

Malt:
Pale malt, Wheat malt, Caramalt, Munich Malt, Crystal malt

Hops:
East Kent Goldings, Tasmanian Cascade, US Chinook, US Willamette, Centennial Type Show Less
