All beer begins as a concept, a dream, even a Fancy. OTW is no exception.

OTW began with a fancy for Belgian to-style ales, pale ales and stouts a concept of how to marry such vastly different styles together; and a Dream of not #@%&ing; it up...

The Concept solidified as the round flavor and mouth feel of rolled oats played off the chocolate and roasted malts.

The Fancy became...fancier as the 36 IBUs balanced the sweet flavor and aroma created by the yeast. Finally, the Dream became a reality as we tasted OTW, and said 'Oh, good! We didn't #@%& this up!'
