Alright, we brewed up a big ‘ol russian imperial for barrels, but being the work harder not smarter kinda guys we are, we brewed a second beer off the spent grains...parti-gyle method! Imagine the thin border between brown, porter and a light russian imperial stout. Big flavors for those wanting a beer with multi-layered depth coffee roast, as well as a nice dry accent of luxurious bakers chocolate, a small bitterness as well as tiny salinity to make the malt pop. A beer crafted for dark beer drinkers and lighter drinkers alike, enjoy a “session-stout” and keep that party rocking. We know we will be enjoying a pint or 5 of this "Session Stout".
