Ramble On Gose

For this beer, we invited our friends from Orono Brewing Company down to fill up the Coolship with a Historical Goslar Gose. We both love adding flowers to beer, so Asa brought a ton of edible flowers to steep in the Coolship overnight from @solidrootsflowerfarm. We then fermented and aged the beer in French burgundy puncheons. The resulting beer is a much cleaner and more floral Gose than you may be used to. We tasted soft funky notes from the barrels balanced by subtle tartness with a light floral background. Settle down easy with a Ramble on Gose! Show Less
