Reflections (3/24/17)

Reflections is our collection of small, single-barrel releases of some of our favorite exploratory beers in a barrel room. This was a common occurrence when we were smaller so we are trying to find and pull more of these special single barrels to showcase and share the beautiful things we have aging.

For this release of Reflections, we brewed our Oude du Blé recipe on 3/24/17 and let it barrel ferment and age in a seasoned Chardonnay barrel that held a thread of Tête de Cuvée. It was aged for 26 months and then bottle conditioned for an additional 3 months before being shared. Show Less
