Gila River

New England IPA, 14° Plato, 5.7% ABV. Gila River je jedna z našich lehčích NEIPA – dostatečně silná na to, aby si udržela tělo, a zároveň dostatečně lehká, aby osvěžila i v teplý letní večer. Kombinací různých pale ale sladů s vločkami a pšenicí jsme jemnému a zakalenému základu dodali nepatrný toustový nádech, který hezky zdůrazňuje sladké chmelové aroma. Galaxy, Mosaic a Idaho 7 tak spolehlivě vytváří ovocný salát, kterému dominuje zralé mango, papája a broskve.

Gila River is one of our lighter NEIPAs – enough to preserve some body, but light enough to stay refreshing even on a warm summer evening. We combined different pale ale malts with oats and wheat to give the smooth and hazy body slight toasty undertones that nicely support the hoppy onslaught. Galaxy, Mosaic and Idaho7 thus create the fruit salad of an aroma dominated by ripe mango, papaya and peaches. Show Less
