Hazy Pale Ale, 12° Plato, 4.8% ABV. Mimořádně nás těší, že jsme byli pozváni na dnes už legendární belgický festival Billie’s, a tohle pivo jsme uvařili na památku francouzského buldočka Billieho, který ho léta organizoval. Jelikož to má být festivalové pivo, volba padla na hazy pale ale s mixem ovocných chmelů Talus, Motueka, Citra a Simcoe. Kombinace různých světlých sladů vytváří hutné, zakalené tělo vyvažující nízký obsah alkoholu, zatímco výrazná hořkost příjemně ladí s omamným aroma žlutého melounu, broskví a jehličí.

We are super-delighted to have been invited to the already legendary Billie’s Craft Beer Festival in Antwerpen and this is a beer brewed to celebrate the memory of the French Bulldog Billie who’s the face of the event. To make it truly a festival beer, we opted for a hazy pale ale with the fruity combo of Talus, Motueka, Citra and Simcoe. The blend of various pale malts creates a thick body to compensate for the low ABV, while pronounced bitterness aligns with the enticing aroma of honeydew melon, peaches and pine. Show Less
