Homebrew, Winter Warmer
Sheppy is drinking a Xmas Ale 2011 by SheppyBrew Home Brewery at SheppyBrew Brewery
Ranked 4th out of 4 in this Verticle flight. Held up pretty well over the last 5 years.
Not bad for a 4 year old winter warmer.
Hazelnut. Not found of it today.
Hazelnut makes this the least favorite of my XMas Ales. Not a bad winter warmer, though.

Hazelnut tastes good tonight paired with tacos.
Rich chocolate aroma. Nice flavor of hazelnut.

So true! Today is a 'brew day' for me... As soon as the wort cools down another two degrees, I'm going to pitch the yeast on this JunelaleI

Nice! I have to drink some beer before I can brew again. I am out of beer-storage vessels and just about out of beer-storage space.
