Serendipitous Sour w/ Pineapple and Mixed Berries

When we originally brewed this, the tartness wasn't exactly what we were looking for, so we decided to add hops to this sour ale. The result was a surprisingly fruity and mildly tart beer that originally started as something completely different. We now use this base recipe as a blank canvas and add all manner of different flavours, each version is slightly different than the last.
