Ah, hibiscus, salty sea and an elegant deep red hue. I like this. Sour but really well balanced and slightly biscuity. Love this whole Seoul brewery set up.

2024.03.05. The mixture of hibiscus and cherry used to make this beer was a successful one. So drinkable, so refreshing. The flavor was quite mildly sour, salty and watery.

6/23 외관: 붉은 색~팬톤 색 사이의 투명한 외관+풍성하게 일어났다 사라지는 흰 거품 향:체리 특유의 새콤한 향 조금, 히비스커스, 고수씨앗 질감: 의외로 생각만큼 가볍지는 않음. 그래도 마시는 데 큰 부담은 X 맛: 고수, 체리=>사워, 짭짤, 요거트스러운 맛 조금 피니시: 새콤한 과실류를 먹고난 뒤 목구멍에 남는 은은한 신맛 조금 총평: 맛있긴 하지만 고수때문에 호불호가 꽤나 갈릴 듯 하다. 호가든 좋아하면 맛있게 먹을 듯

외관은 붉은 빛이 주가 되는데, 히비스커스의 영향인가 봅니다. 향은 체리의 느낌이 강하네요. 바디감은 아주 라이트하며, 새콤한 체리의 향이 강합니다. 더운날 시원하게 벌컥벌컥 마시기 좋을것 같고 맥주 자체도 잘 만든것 같은데, 개인적으로 좋아하는 스타일은 아니네요.
