If there was one word to describe this beer, Balance would not be it. Heavily bittered. Herbaceous. Dry. Grapefruit. Dandelion leaves. Flavour entirely sits in the aftertaste. An enjoyable beer if you like astringent bitterness to linger. (Not fresh tho)
