Coronavirus cellar turd day #107. Best by 06/18. Surprisingly, not a gusher like most fresh bottles were. Also surprisingly, not a ton of Brett. Moderate oxidation with a pear/wet cardboard sharing the show here. Funkier than expected. Enjoyable turd

#CellarLogsdoning; Also overcarbed; dry. Intense. Phenols/esters just overpower here for me.

I’d rate it higher but it was just way too over carbonated

Wow, not a foamer. Sweet aroma, subtle bitterness goes well with the massive carbonation!
June 2013 purchase. Drank that same trip, fresh, on tap, in Vancouver, when it was light, bitter and schtanky. With a decade in bottle, it’s extremely honeyed and full of marmalade fruit. Subtle sheep dip earthiness 🐑 💩. Has aged well.
