Paradise Strong

Brewed in collaboration with the Paradise Homebrew Club this Strong Scotch Ale is brimming with aromas of dried fruit, brown sugar and smoke. It pours tawney-brown with auburn-red highlights and a thick off-white that head releases plumes of dates, raisins, overripe pomme fruit, and brown sugar. On the palate it is full of the same brown sugar notes with the addition of toffee followed by expressions of peat-smoke and dried fruit in tandem. The Scotch ale is meant to be strong, much like the resolve of all those who have been affected by the Camp Fire. A portion of the proceeds will go to the Camp Fire Fund. Show Less
