In Newfoundland we cook what’s around us, and when we can, we use what’s around us. This was the inspiration behind our latest craft beer titled “Culinary Tart”. Local Rhubarb from three family gardens in Port au Port, Plums harvested from Sheila’s parents garden in NS, and for color adjustment we used Newfoundland beets - all fresh and in season this time of year. To all the families in Newfoundland that share their gardens harvest, we share our “Culinary Tart” with you!
