Scouts Out Honey Saison

Reconnaissance is a vital part of any successful mission. The scouts of our military get the lay of the land and bring back intel — much like the scouts of a beehive that seek out the best sources of nectar for the colony.

We honor these explorers with Scouts Out, an easy-drinking Honey Saison brewed with 180 lbs. of Savannah Bee Co. honey. French and Belgian yeasts create a sweet-and-spicy aroma with the essence of clover and dried apricots, and notes of apple and pear are balanced by earthy Czech Saaz hops, leading to a crisp, dry finish.
