Interesting take on a dunkler Bock. Different from all the others for sure. Dark berries and some tangerine, grapefruit. Murky dark pour with ok head. Some vinuous flavour. Tangy and quite acidic end. Tap at Churchkey.

I liked this way more than I did in 2024. Brilliant sour Bock. So much flavor. I'm not sure if I have another one so I hope Uli makes it again. Unmarked bottle but luckily she knew what it was. 2018.
