Have to give this a 5 rating. Lovely clear pour with pillowy head dying to a fine lace. Sweet Xmas cake, molasses, herbal nose and flavours, with a subtle, but present carbonation. Drinks like a fine tawny wine. Still has many years left to go. Fantastic!
