The nose projects a nice nutty roast. Tasting a very pleasing ashy roast with nutty malt and a bit of dark chocolate in the finish. Crisp and fairly light. Bready like pumpernickel/rye with a pleasant dryness. Very well crafted & superb for the style.

Blonde roast coffee, baker’s chocolate, and a hint of pumpernickel on the nose. Crispy!!! Properly so. Burnt toast with an underlying caramel malt sweetness devolves into medium hop bitterness and coffee grounds on the palate. Exquisite.
