Sweet pear, nice hit of Brett. Dry and crisp, wisp of funk. After 5 years, it's held up well, maybe even improved.

After sitting for so long, the brett really shines. Nice funk. Nice caramel and citrus notes. The 11% abv heat has mellowed really well over the years.
