Love the fruity caraway grain on the nose, a little chocolate cherry on the nose too, palate is fairly rich for a schwarz, lightly toasty, light caramel, mellow caraway seed flavor in the background throughout, very nice!

This is a fantastic variant. The dark, rich, malty backbone of the base beer is supremely complimented by the caraway seed, which lingers forever in the finish. Feels like I just ate a meal of great beer and a fresh, warm, chewy loaf of rye bread.
