Dry, tropical fruit, white wine, mango, pineapple. Yet another fun experiment with a new hop!

Oops, forgot to drink one fresh. A: semi haze of golden yellow. S: ripe pineapple, mango, and melon. T: Canned pineapple, papaya, juicy fruit, honeydew. That hint of pine. M: med body, moderate juice and softness. O: Just a really solid tasty beer!

Tropical fruit, dankness, Belgian-y spices and yeast esters. The lager yeast/ale temps makes this lighter and clean, very easy drinking and lets the hop shine.

These are holding up well, the tropical dry-hop aroma is still fresh and bold. Nice tropical fruit and melon notes. 4+ caps!

Not the usual Sap taste. More mineral.

This is actually a diamond in the rough. It’s delicious af, and yet there are some likely minor tweaks that would make it amazing. It poured clearer than expected, boasts tropical, hoppy tastiness. This has Scott’s fingerprints all over it.
