Sapwood Cellars: Friday we bottled the only barrel (Wilderness Bourbon) we had of it. Leaned into the spices with Chai Masala and coconut!

Woooo, smell of cardamom, molasses, that rye oak. Beauty of a dark brown head. Oh my, taste melds so well. This has gotten better with age. Creamy soft and potent tastes. Tasting notes follow smell, add chocolate toffee, and a bit of roast. A manly beer!
