Impressive. I really enjoy this. Balanced, softer/rounder mouthfeel expected from Sapwood. Gin and fruit turned down 10% in a few months will only improve this. Liquid so of course high drinkability, but damn it’s easy to drink, not just sip.

Gin and big 3 stone fruits coming through strong, very balanced though. More peach and nectarines vs apricot but as the gin leads, the fruit follow. I could bathe myself in this. In 6 months to a year, this beer will be next level delicious. Can't wait!
