Spiced black cherry with red wine hefty and fruity lactic notes. Dense presence of the pomegranate molasses adding a lot to the red wine, lactic elements. The sugars help soften the sting with wine, molasses coating and warming the finish.

A: Definitely has a fluffy head. S: Pomegranate Cardamom, barrel and peppery yeast character. T: Followed the smell note for note. Robust flavor/tartness. M: Good acidity bite. Lively, medium body. O: the adjuncts shine here. Makes for an excellent beer.
