Happy Halloween! I like sour stouts, but they’re a rare breed. The Pinot barrels take the lead here, with a dry, fruit leather, tannic and dry quality. The cherries are a nice addition for some extra tart/sweet fruit. excited to see how this ages!

BIG aroma of fresh black cherry juice as soon as the bottle is opened…. black cherries, Pinot noir, and dark malt on the palate. Developing very nicely in the bottle… looking forward to the next one!
