Thanks, Mike! The nose has a lovely hop character, peachy, fruity, refreshing, along with a simpler, lactic base that works nicely with the hops. The palate is light, tart, bright, mild acidity, mostly a clean, yogurt lactic acid. Brisk carb.Simple finish
