Turns out, though, love is not enough when it comes to brewing, so we remain diligent in innovating our process and, most importantly, sourcing the finest ingredients we can aqcuire. Wisdom is Learned, a beautifully expressed Saison aged in French oak barrels with Masumoto Family Farms’ “Suncrest” peaches, is a testament to our tenacity as brewers.
