Orphanage

Every cellar has a few orphan barrels that remain unused, or for whatever reason, are without a home. A lot of the time our orphans are diamonds in the rough, easily able to shine on their own, but sadly not in the quantity that warrants their adoption. This isn’t a sad story, though, as all of our orphans are eventual taken in by our family. Compendium is a blend of one and two year old barrel-aged Sadi. from SARA’s cellar.
