First impression is diacetyl: nothing but buttered popcorn at first. Then: sour cream, stone fruit, vanilla cream, lemon curd. The body here is just massive for 6.5% - more body than many 10% + beers. Lactic, sour bread finish. 4.5+ if less diacetyl!
