Cafe Noir

An Imperial Coffee Porter, barrel-aged over 8 months in pinot
noir barrels from the California Central Coast, then cold infused
with a blend of locally roasted coffee hand-selected by Tap Its’
brewing team and added just before bottling for the freshest of
coffee flavors. We ferment this whack job of a beer at a slightly
higher temperature to lend the warmth and mouth-feel of a
Hot Toddy. With the seasonal temperature changes over the 8
months of barrel aging, we believe this imperial porter takes
on nuances of old ale in some of its malt character and body. Show Less
