Utforskeren

Inspired by the spirit of exploration, Utforskeren is crafted from Discovery apples grown on Sandalen gård. Fermented with ale yeast under carefully controlled conditions, the cider is gently cooled just before fermentation completes and crossflow filtered to preserve its natural balance. Matured for 6 months.

The result is a bright and expressive cider at 4.7% ABV—fresh, semi-dry, fruit-driven, and surprisingly full in structure. Made without dilution or adjustment, it delivers the depth of a stronger cider in a lighter, refreshing form. Available locally at Bunnpris Randaberg, this low-ABV cider delivers a full cider experience at 4.7% ABV. Show Less
