Kicking off the Thanksgiving weekend! The cold weather had me thinking stout. This was refrigerated and has been since I bought it. Immediately, I got some coffee bitterness…. But I acclimated to that. The biggest change is the viscosity. Much thicker.

The aroma is straight up vanilla extract, it’s kind of insane. Then you taste it and it’s like molasses cookie dough: it’s sweet and darkness for days. Roast isn’t as aggressive as 2020. It’s so rich.
