Bier Baum is drinking a Halte by Sacrilège at Untappd at Home

Ziemlich funky und tart, Brett kommt schon gut hervor. Kaltgehopft ist es auch, das bringt heuige und zitronige Noten hinein. Hat aber auch eine stark pappige Bittere, wie bei Kveik-Hefe für mich oft zu spüren. Das gefällt mir nicht. Trotzdem interessant.
