Rustin' Away Again

Rustin’ Away Again is a Margarita inspired beer. Starting with an old German sour beer style called Gose (GO-suh) which is soured for five days and boiled with sea salt and coriander. It was fermented with a German ale yeast and then conditioned on the zest and juice of 25 pounds of limes and tequila-infused oak spirals. The beer is a pale yellow with a fizzy white foam, the aromas are citrus, tart acidity, and añejo tequila. The flavor is bright sourness, slightly salty with a lime and citrus refreshing finish.
