Crows Fly At Midnight

Crows Fly at Midnight is an English-style Russian Imperial Stout. A strong, dark beer with a slightly viscous mouthfeel packed with flavors and aromas of dark fruit and roasted malts. Four different base malts contribute a variety of malt character, biscuits and pumpernickel toast, while a small amount of caramel malt contributes a honey like sweetness. The beer itself is well hopped but because of the strength the bitterness is not noticeable, but the two English hops provide a light floral and earthy character in the finish. This one will continue to open up as it warms in your hands.
