Small Batch: Peach Beer (2022)

Once again, we procured some beautiful peaches from our friends at Dry Creek Peach. Like the 2020 vintage, we added 6 lbs. of fruit per gallon of beer! Initially this batch of Peach Beer had more flavor contributions from flesh and less from the skin (which I really liked about the 2020 batch). But over time as the beer and fruit continued to age together in the tank, there was more of a balanced aroma and flavor contribution from both the skin and pulp. You might notice this batch is a more cloudy as compared to the first, this is most likely from the different peach variety that were delivered to us.
