Wow, I waited way too long on this one. Flat with some faint apple, cardboard, and yeast flavors. (Probably got too much sediment from the bottle in there).

RIP Redemption Batch 009. Basically flat, with minimal flavor. Subtle notes of apple, pear, delicate malt sweetness. Maybe a touch of spices, but unlikely since there really is no flavor.
