IPA

IPA is just that, our IPA. It starts with a base of premium two-row barley from the North, a hint of white wheat and German Aromatic for head retention and color, then hopped in the boil and whirlpool with Yakima Valley-grown Columbus and Centennial hops. We convert the resulting wort to beer with our house Sacchromyces ale yeast strain, then dry hop the beer post fermentation (yes, the old way) with American-grown Chinook hops.
