Brut IPA - Wet Hop Chinook

To those who seek out the bitter things in life, this beer is for you. Our first Brut IPA is our most bitter IPA yet. Our goal was to pair the gustative sensations of dryness and bitterness, and this beer is the result of this thought experiment. It's not for the weak of palate, so beware! We used 100 pounds of High Wire Farms wet Chinook hops that were in our mash tun within 24 hours of being harvested to brew this bitter beast of a beer. Don't let the numbers fool you, as there is definitely an additive effect on bitterness when dryness gets thrown into the mix. A wise man once said that nothing exceeds like excess! Cheers! Show Less
