Adaptation 11

This dude is an oat driven MWC hazy IPA. We used our standard 2-row base malt and cara copper with not one, but TWO types of oats. Adaptation is 11 is rockin' golden naked oats and flaked oats giving this rendition of our rotating IPA series a silky mouthfeel, beautiful golden color, and a slight nutty backbone.

And that's not all! During fermentation, we dumped a respectable amount of Citra in, and then right as it was finishing we gave this baby a super aromatic double dry hop with more Citra, Motueka, and Hallertau Blanc.
