Irgendwie passt Brown Ale und Rauch nicht so zusammen. Die Raucharomen sind angenehm, die schlanke, röstmalzige und im Nachgang bittere Textur dieses Bieres ist aber nicht so vereinbar mit den Schinken-Aromen. etwas kantig auch wenn man es trinken kann.
