Now mine and Adam’s joint Cider Review article is out. Stewed apple and rich plum tomato aroma, with a slightly herbaceous twang. Rose fondant chocolate and apple on the palate. Super soft acidic undertones. Long lingering finish.

Bronze colour, modern turbidity and barely noticeable fizz. Single variety cider, barrel fermented and a 4 year maturation in tank and bottle. Aroma is like a smoked toffee apple. Smokey flavour with rich apple & malt loaf. Smooth with a long finish.
