2020 ‘Two Belly’ Pét Nat Cider Blend

Lara and Dom, cheese experts at Two Belly in Bristol, returned for their second collaboration with us in June 2021. This cider explores different perspectives than our usual styles – higher acidity and pét nat, but still with some of our favoured barrel component. A day of tasting – and orchard cricket – followed, until we arrived upon this simple and joyful blend of three famous apples. Fruity, with some zippy sharpness, classic Dabinett tannins, a hint of smokey oak, all topped off with the natural sparkle (and natural sediment!) of a pét nat bottling. Show Less
