I’ve had this beer in storage for over 10 years. The carbonation is mostly gone, but the smoky bacon flavor is not. I can’t taste the maple so much, but it’s…alright.

Strong taste of fake syrup, mild bacon aftertaste that is overwhelmed by any strong flavor. Would be best with neutral foods like ricotta. Possibly a good brunch beer with scrambled eggs.
