A touch of age on this, but it’s still got some complexity. Woody and a little winey, mild and quite dry. Finishes quite crisp.

Aroma of spirits! Complex, oak, floral hops, sweet. Rounded off the bitterness of a straight plis a little. Very nice.

clean clean clean, but very little aroma, and not much aged pils flavour coming through. sessionable, but not by design. save yourself the money and drink the regular RR pils

I’m new to Rocky Ridge living on the East Coast. Really impressed. Good Pilsner metallic bitterness softened just a bit with some gentle complexity from the ageing.

Rich aroma w bread & grain, spices, hints of barrel. And so it tastes - a tad more bitterness & complexity than their normal pilsner. Very nicely balanced with the bitterness being accentuated by a little drying oak that also adds to the peppery hops. VG
Aging did well 👍. Excellent slight tartness, soft smooth
