Je boost légèrement ma note car je trouve la moyenne plutôt basse pour un produit si bien présenté. Belle acidité contrôlée. Des saveurs boréales parfaites. L'épinette et le mélèze s'expriment très bien. La céréale amène un petit sucre vraiment plaisant.
